जानकारी के मुताबिक प्रशिक्षु आईपीएस अधिकारी गौरव राय ने पुलिस की टीम के साथ आरा मिल में छापामार कार्रवाई की थी।(Suspended) इस दौरान पुलिस की टीम को भारी मात्रा में इमारती लकड़ी बरामद किया था।
जब्त लकड़ियों को वन विभाग कौ सौंपने के लिए एसआई और एएसआई को नियुक्त किया गया। (Suspended) लेकिन काफी समय बीत जाने के बाद दोनों ने इमारती लकड़ी को वन विभाग को नहीं सौंपा।
मामले को गंभीरता से ना लेने पर एसआई और एएसआई को निलंबित कर दिया है। इन्हें रक्षित केंद्र बिलासपुर अटैच किया गया है।
गौरतलब है कि इससे पह डीजीपी के निर्देश पर धमधा टीआई और चरौदा के चौकी प्रभारी पर कार्रवाई की गई थी। डीजीपी के निर्देश पर एसपी ने कार्रवाई करते हुए दोनों को निलंबित किया था।
