रायपुर। (Raipur) छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष डॉ किरणमयी नायक ने रायपुर जिले के पंजीकृत प्रकरणों की सुनवाई की। 10 और 11 सितंबर को प्रकरणों की सुनवाई करते हुए अध्यक्ष डॉ नायक ने जरोदा निवासी व्यक्ति द्वारा महिला को 1.50 लाख रुपए दिए जाने के निर्देश दिए थे। इसके बावजूद व्यक्ति ने महिला को अब तक पैसे नहीं दिए। सुनवाई के दौरान तहसीलदार को अनावेदक के समस्त सर्विस रिकार्ड और उसके जमा समस्त राशियों को ब्योरा लेकर उपस्थित होने को निर्देशित किया है।
(Raipur)सुनवाई के दौरान कई ऐसे प्रकरण भी आये जिसमें अनावेदकगण जो पुलिस विभाग सहित शासकीय विभागों से संबंधित थे। ऐसे प्रकरणों को पुलिस महानिदेशक तथा शासकीय कर्मी अनावेदकगण के विरूद्ध उनके नियोक्ता, उच्च अधिकारी को सूचित किया गया है। आयोग के समक्ष कुछ ऐसे प्रकरण भी आये जिसमें आवेदिका को विभागीय अधिकारी द्वारा प्रताड़ित करने की शिकायत थी। सुनवाई के दौरान दोनो पक्षों को सुनवाई में बुलाया गया। आवेदिका आयोग की सुनवाई से संतुष्ट होकर अपने आवेदन में आगे कोई कार्यवाही नहीं चाहती।

उक्त दो दिवसीय सुनवाई में कुल 33 प्रकरण रखे गये थे। (Raipur)किन्तु 24 प्रकरणों में ही पक्षकार उपस्थित हुए, जिसमें 06 प्रकरणों का सुनवाई पश्चात् निराकरण किया गया। अनेक प्रकरणों में पक्षकार के उपस्थिति नहीं होने पर अगली सुनवाई की तिथि निर्धारित की गई है। आयोग द्वारा पति-पत्नी विवाद, दैहिक शोषण, मारपीट, प्रताड़ना, दहेज प्रताड़ना, कार्यस्थल पर प्रताड़ना, घरेलू हिंसा से सम्बंधित प्रकरणों की सुनवाई की गई।
