रायपुर। (Mohan Markam) भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के जन्मदिन को  जन्मसप्ताह महोत्सव मनाने के फैसले को कांग्रेस ने बेहद आपत्तिजनक असंवेदनशील बताया है। प्रदेश कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष मोहन मरकाम ने कहा कि देश आज कोरोना की भीषण महामारी से जूझ रहा है ।देश के नागरिकों का जीवन संकट में है ।नागरिक बीमारी और मौत से संघर्ष कर रहे हैं।

(Mohan Markam)भारत मे कोरोना के मरीज लगभग 51लाख पहुच गए है ।अब तक हमारे देश के 82000 से अधिक लोगो की जाने इस महामारी के कारण जा चुकी है। भारत मे कोरोना से  दुनिया मे सर्वाधिक लगभग 92 हजार मरीज रोज बढ़ रहे हैं।कोरोना मरीजो के मामले में हम दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण ढंग से  अमेरिका के बाद दूसरे नम्बर पर हैं।

(Mohan Markam)कोरोना के कारण लोगो के धंधे व्यवसाय चौपट हो गए हैं ।फैक्ट्रियां दुकाने बन्द होने के कगार पर है ।लोगो की नौकरियां जा रही हैं।देश मे बेरोजगारी चरम पर है। देश का सकल घरेलू उत्पाद जीडीपी इतिहास में सबसे न्यूनतम ऋणात्मक 24 पर पहुच गयी है। भारत का हर नागरिक जीवन और जीविकोपार्जन के  जद्दोजहद में परेशान है । 

इस विपरीत परिस्थिति में भी देश के प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा अपने जन्म महोत्सव का आयोजन करवाया जाना देश की जनता के जले में नमक छिड़कने के समान है।

प्रदेश कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष मोहन मरकाम ने कहा कि मोदी देश पर आए इस संकट के समय आप और आपकी सरकार लोगो की मदद तो नही कर पा रही ।केंद्र सरकार अपने संघीय कर्तब्य को भूल गयी है ।आज कोरोना से लड़ाई देश की राज्य सरकारें अकेले लड़ते दिखाई दे रही हैं। अनलॉक के तमाम नियमो  को जारी करने के साथ ऐसा भी प्रतीत होने लगा है कि केंद्र इस बीमारी की गम्भीरता और खतरो से भी बेफिक्र है।

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मोहन मरकाम  ने कहा मोदी जी आपने लोकसभा में बड़ा जनाधार हासिल किया था लेकिन आज मोदी अपने आचरण और लापरवाही से उसी जनता के दुख दर्द को भूल गए है जिसने उनको और उनके दल भाजपा पर भरोसा कर सत्ता में बैठाया था ।

मोदी की अदूरदर्शिता के कारण बिना लोगो को समय दिए लगाए गए लॉक डाउन के कारण देश भर में करोड़ो प्रवासी मजदूरों की कितनी पीड़ा झेलनी पड़ी  , भूखे प्यासे पैदल हजारो किमी चलना पडा ,हजारो मासूमो की जाने गयी ,नन्हे मुन्नों के पांव के उन छालों और उनसे रिसते खून का आपको जरा भी अहसास होता तो शायद आप संकट और दुख के इस समय अपने दिन का भोंडा प्रदर्शन करने  जन्म महोत्सव सप्ताह मनाने का आयोजन देश भर में नही करवाते ।

मोदी और भाजपा ऐसा भी नही कह सकते यह कार्यक्रम कार्यकर्ताओ ने अति उत्साह में किया है ।जन्मसप्ताह के इस कार्यक्रम के लिए भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय कार्यालय से परिपत्र जारी हुआ है ।इससे स्प्ष्ट होता है कि एक राजनैतिक दल के रूप में भाजपा के लिए राष्ट्र और देश के लोगो के दुख तकलीफ से बड़ा महत्वपूर्ण एक व्यक्ति है।
