अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक कविलाश टण्डन ने बताया कि परसों सेंट्रल एक्साइज की टीम ननदाई रोड स्थित जसराज शांतिलाल वेद की फर्म में रेड की कार्रवाई की थी। उक्त ज्वेलरी व्यापारी के पास से 5 हजार किलो,  चांदी,  4.5 किलो सोना सहित 32 लाख रुपए नगद मिला है। यह जानकारी हमें रायपुर से आए अधिकारी अग्रवाल ने दी थी और उन्होंने कहा था कि हमें यह सामान ले जाने के लिए एक गाड़ी की व्यवस्था और कुछ पुलिसकर्मी चाहिए जिसे हमारे द्वारा उपलब्ध कराया गया है।
