लाला उपाध्याय@जांजगीर-चांपा। (Janjgir-Champa) जिले के नगर पंचायत खरौद का लक्ष्मणेश्वर महाविद्यालय आज बदहाली के आंसू बहा रहा है। कॉलेज पूरी तरह से जर्जर हो चुका है। छत्त से सीमेट टूटकर नीचे गिर रहा है। दरवाजे टूट चुके हैं। आलम ऐसा है कि शिक्षा का मंदिर आज पूरी तरह से खंडहर में तब्दील हो चुका है। (Janjgir-Champa) दीवार चटक रहे हैँ। पानी की सीलन की वजह से दीवारों पर हरी काई जम गई है।

(Janjgir-Champa) कॉलेज की दुर्दशा की जानकारी दोनों पार्टियों को है। तब भी दोनों एक दूसरे पर निशाना साध रहे हैं। प्रशासन भी कॉलेज की दुर्दशा पर मौन साधे हुए हैं।
हालांकि अभी महाविद्यालय में कोरोना की वजह से कक्षाओं का संचालन नहीं हो रहा है। लेकिन कॉलेज इतना जर्जर हो चुका है कि कभी भी बड़ी घटना घटित हो सकती है।
इसी विद्यालय से पढ़ लिखकर आगे बढ़ कर बड़े-बड़े अधिकारी, नेता बन बैठे। लेकिन अधिकारी ही सुध नहीं ले रहे हैं।
जब इस मामले में मीडिया ने गौ सेवा अध्यक्ष और कैबिनेट मंत्री का दर्जा प्राप्त डॉ. राम सुंदर दास महंत से पूछा तो उन्होंने कहा कि कॉलेज की स्थिति के बारे में उन्हें किसी प्रकार की जानकारी नहीं है।
वहीं जब लोकसभा सांसद प्रत्याशी रवि शेखर भारद्वाज से पूछा तो उन्होंने बीजेपी पर निशाना साधा ।
गौरतलब है कि सांसद परसराम भारद्वाज की कार्यकाल में बने इस कॉलेज की स्थापना हुई थी। कॉलेज का लोकार्पण भाजपा के शासनकाल में 2007 में हुआ था।
